摘要
研究了机制砂细度模数和关键筛孔累计筛余百分率对机制砂间隙率以及砂浆工作性能、力学性能和收缩性能的影响。研究结果表明:细度模数从宏观上表征机制砂的品质,细度模数在2.7~3.0范围时品质较佳;随2.36mm、1.18mm和0.6mm颗粒累计筛余百分率的增加,机制砂间隙率先减小后增大,而砂浆工作性能、力学性能均呈先增大后减小的趋势,收缩性能整体呈降低趋势;控制2.36mm、1.18mm和0.6mm颗粒累计筛余百分率分别在16.5%~26.5%、40%~50%、50%~66.5%范围内时制备的砂浆综合性能优良。
The effects of fineness modulus of manufactured sand and cumulative percentage of screen residue of key mesh on the gap ratio of manufactured sand and the workability,mechanical properties and shrinkage properties of mortar were studied.The results show that:The fineness modulus can be used to characterize the quality of manufactured sand from a macroscopic point of view.The quality of manufactured sand is better when the fineness modulus is in the range of 2.7~3.0.With the increase of 2.36mm,1.18mm and 0.6mm particles,the gap of manufactured sand first decreases and then increases,while the working performance and mechanical properties of mortar increase first and then decrease,and the shrinkage performance decreases.The best comprehensive performance was obtained when the cumulative percentage of 2.36mm,1.18mm and 0.6mm particles was 16.5%~26.5%,40%~50%and 50%~66.5%,respectively.
