球磨与立磨生产油井水泥的性能研究

摘要 当下水泥产能处于过剩的严峻形势,但高等级的水泥始终供不应求。传统生产工艺中采用石灰石作为主要原料,球磨作为生产设备,生产油井水泥的技术已经非常成熟,而采用电石渣作为主要原料,立磨作为生产设备,生产油井水泥较为少见,多受到区域和资源限制。本文根据米脂冀东水泥有限公司生产实际情况,主要分析研究球磨与立磨生产的油井水泥(本文所指的油井水泥均指G级高抗硫酸盐型油井水泥,简称G级油井水泥)的性能差异及过程控制技术方法,其他级别油井水泥可作参考。 At present,cement production capacity is in a severe situation,but high-grade cement is always in short supply.The traditional production process uses limestone as the main raw material,ball mill as the production equipment,the technology of producing oil well cement has been very mature,and the use of calcium carbide slag as the main raw material,vertical mill as production equipment,the production of oil well cement is relatively rare,mostly limited by region and resources.According to the actual production situation of our company,this paper mainly analyzes and studies the performance difference and process control technology method of the basic oil well cement produced by ball mill and vertical mill,that is,G grade oil well cement,and other grades of oil well cement can be used as reference.
