水泥生产中原材料优化调整的应用研究

可用于水泥生产的原材料多种多样,为实现水泥企业的节能增效,本研究通过不断优化调整原材料的配比,成功将红煤矸石、改性剂、水渣应用于实际生产中,红煤矸石可用作水泥混合材,也可作为水泥生料中的铝质校正原料来使用,使用0.03%改性剂,可以降低熟料的用量,提高水泥强度,提高水泥磨台时产量、降低电耗,使用适量的水渣作为水泥混合材,可以降低成本,提高水泥的后期强度。

There are a variety of raw materials that can be used in cement production.In order to achieve energy conservation and efficiency increase in cement enterprises,this study successfully applied red coal gangue,modifier and water slag to actual production by continuously optimizing and adjusting the ratio of raw materials.Red coal gangue can be used as cement mixture and aluminum correction raw material in cement raw meal.Using 0.03%modifier can reduce the amount of clinker and improve the strength of cement,Increasing the cement grinding time,reducing power consumption and using an appropriate amount of water slag as cement admixture can reduce the cost and improve the later strength of cement.
