我国5A级景区网站无障碍化建设的评价及建议——基于WCAG 2.0测试的分析

Evaluation and Suggestions on Accessibility of 5A Scenic SiteWebsites in China: Analysis based on WCAG 2.0

网站是旅游景区促销的关键手段,也是游客获取信息的重要渠道。文章基于无障碍旅游发展,首次将网页内容无障碍指南(WCAG)运用于国内旅游研究,利用Achecker平台,采用国际通用标准WCAG 2.0对照分析国内301家5A级景区官方网站的无障碍建设状况。研究发现,受测试5A级景区网站无障碍化总体质量较差,超过90%的景区网站未达到无障碍最低的A级要求;在空间分布上,景区网站无障碍化建设存在地区间发展不平衡、地区内差异大的问题;在网站技术和内容上,存在网站错误面广的问题,网站内容主要障碍依次是文本备选、可读性和导航性。最后,从重视标准化建设、强化区域内外合作、改进网站无障碍技术和内容等方面,对5A级景区网站无障碍化建设提出管理建议。

Websites are key means of promoting tourist attractions and are also important channels for tourists to obtain information.Based on the development of accessible tourism,the research applies the Web Content Accessibility Guide(WCAG)to domestic tourism research for the first time,and uses the Achecker platform and the international standard WCAG 2.0 to compare and analyze the accessibility status of the 301 official websites of 5 A scenic sites in China.The results show that,the overall quality of websites accessibility in 5 A scenic sites is low,with more than 90%of scenic sites websites failing to reach the lowest Grade A accessibility standard.Besides,in terms of spatial distribution,the accessibility of scenic spots websites is characterized by unbalanced development among regions and within regions.In terms of website technology and content,the focus is on the wide range of website errors,and the main obstacles to website content are text alternatives,readability and navigation.Finally,a series of management implications and suggestions are discussed.The 5 A scenic sites should take effective methods to dealing with websites inaccessibility,including emphasizing the accessible standardization construction,strengthening cooperation within and outside the regions,as well as improving the accessible technology and content of the website,etc.
