使命型政党建设:中国共产党的百年探索与经验启示

Construction of Mission-oriented Party:The Centuries Exploration and Experience Enlightenment of CPC

建党百年以来,中国共产党先后带领人民实现了反抗压迫和人民解放、民族复兴和国家富强的历史使命。从建党初衷、价值追求、历史作用和领导地位看,中国共产党是一个不同于西方政党的马克思主义使命型政党。全面建设社会主义现代化国家对党提出了新要求和新挑战,党的建设也面临着偏离群众路线、革命意识淡化、政治生态污染和执政能力调试的现实困境。因此,新时期建设马克思主义使命型政党要继续做到四个坚持:坚持以政治建设为统领,维护党中央的权威和集中统一领导;坚持为人民服务,坚守以人民为中心的价值追求;坚持马克思主义中国化时代化,实现理论强党;坚持和发扬自我革命精神,纵深推进全面从严治党。

Since the founding of the party a hundred years ago,the Communist Party of China has led the people to realize the historical mission of resisting oppression and liberation,national rejuvenation,and national prosperity.From its original intention,value pursuit,historical role,and leadership position,CPC is a Marxist mission-oriented party that is different from the parties of developed countries in the West.The comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country has put forward new requirements and challenges to the party,and party building is also facing the real dilemma of deviation from the public line,weakening of revolutionary consciousness,political ecological pollution,and adjustment of the ability to govern.Therefore,the construction of a Marxist mission-oriented party in the new era must continue to achieve four adherences:adhere to the leadership of political construction,and maintain the authority of the Party Central Committee and centralized and unified leadership;adhere to the value pursuit of serving the people and taking the people as the center;adhere to the modernization of Marxism in China and realize the theoretical strength of the party;adhere and carry forward the spirit of self-revolution,and in-depth advance of comprehensive and strict party governance.
