办好民办高校学报 服务民办高校高质量发展

Developing Journals and Serving the High-quality Development of Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning

实施国家高质量发展战略,是适应我国社会主要矛盾变化、全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的必然要求。当前,民办高等教育已成为我国高等教育改革和发展的生力军、增长点,而学报是民办高校发展的重要舆论阵地。但是,绝大部分民办高校学报都属于内刊,长期游离于政府监管之外,极不利于民办高校的高质量发展。基于此,政府主管部门要支持民办高校学报的发展,民办高校要进一步凝聚对学报重要性的认识,立足"服务",提高质量。

Implementation of the national high-quality development strategy is an inevitable requirement for adapting to the changes in the main contradictions of our society,and comprehensively building a well-off society and a modern socialist country.At present,non-governmental higher education has become a new force and growth point for the reform and development of higher education in China,and the journals of non-governmental higher education are an important platform for public opinion for its development.However,most of the journals of non-governmental institutions of higher learning are internal journals,which have been separated from government supervision for a long time and are extremely unfavorable to the high-quality development of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.Therefore,government departments should support the development of journals of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,while the institutions should further consolidate their understanding of the importance of the journals and improve their quality on the basis of"service".
