民办高等教育的“利己”与“利他”

Egoism and Altruism in Non-governmental Higher Education

处理好"利己"与"利他"的关系一直是我国民办高等教育发展过程中需要解决的一个重要问题。分类管理后,民办高等教育仍有很大的转变和提升空间:一是要调整"利己"与"利他"的关系;二是要努力超越发展的现实局限性;三是来自公办高校的竞争优势和压力,倒逼民办高校在应用性上下功夫;四是要对已出现和新出现的问题给予高度关注。随着现代化进程的加快和社会文明程度的提高,民办高等教育会不断朝着克制"利己"和提高"利他"的道德水准的方向前进。

Handling the relationship between"egoism"and"altruism"has always been an important issue that needs to be resolved in the development of non-governmental higher education in China.After classified management,there is still much room for change and improvement in non-government higher education.It is necessary to adjust the relationship between the two,strive to surpass the practical limitations of development,force non-governmental institutions of higher learning to work hard on applicability with the competitive advantage and pressure from public higher education institutions,and pay close attention to the existing and emerging problems.With the acceleration of the modernization process and the improvement of social civilization,non-governmental higher education will continue to move in the direction of restraining"egoism"and improving the moral standard of"altruism".
