Development Situation,Challenges and Opportunities of Non-public Hospitals in Zhejiang

受从"有序放宽"到"优先支持"政策的利好影响,浙江省社会办医迅速发展。分析2011年以来相关政策和统计数据后发现,2014年和2015年是浙江社会办医发展的重要时间点,各项支持政策落地进程加快,民营医院在多项指标上反超公立医院和全国平均水平,但其总体实力与数量不成正比。浙江医疗健康市场发展空间广阔,本土医疗集团初具规模,浙江社会办医正在经历从量变到质变的转型。

Supported by the policy from"orderly relaxation"to"priority support",Zhejiang’s non-public medical service has developed rapidly.Through the analysis of the supporting policies and the statistical data of the development of non-public medical service in Zhejiang from 2011 to 2018,it is found that 2014 and 2015 are the important time period for the development of nonpublic medical service in Zhejiang,during which the implementation of supporting policies was accelerated,and private hospitals surpassed public ones and the national average in many indicators,though their overall strength was not proportional to the number.Medical and health market in Zhejiang has broad development space,and local medical groups have begun to take shape.Zhejiang’s social medical service is undergoing a transformation from quantitative change to qualitative change.
