RUNX1突变在髓系肿瘤中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着近年来基因测序技术的发展,在骨髓增殖性肿瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征、急性髓系白血病等髓系肿瘤中发现了RUNX1(Runt-related transcription factor 1)突变。RUNX1是具有高度保守序列的转录因子家族RUNX的一员,在正常造血细胞的形成和干细胞的增殖中发挥重要作用。近年研究结果表明,伴该突变的髓系肿瘤通常具有较短的总生存期(overall survival,OS)。因此,通过靶向抑制该基因的突变从而提高患者预后水平成为了研究热点。作者现就RUNX1分子结构、突变特点以及与髓系肿瘤的临床相关性作一综述。
