抑制血小板活化基础上采用高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的疗效

Effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on acute cerebral infarction based on inhibition of platelet activation

目的探讨抑制血小板活化基础上采用高压氧仓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择浙江省永康市第一人民医院2017年3月-2021年3月80例急性脑梗死患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。两组均接受常规治疗+依那普利氢氯噻嗪分散片降压治疗,观察组加用氯吡格雷联合高压氧治疗。比较两组治疗后血清炎性因子、血液流变学指标、血小板活化程度和神经功能改善情况。结果治疗后,观察组HIF-1α、VCAM-1、ICAM-1、MCP-1、IL-1β以及hs-CRP均较对照组降低,IGF-1较对照组升高;纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞比容、全血高/低切黏度、红细胞沉降率、血浆粘度观察组均较对照组低;观察组CD63、CD62p较对照组低;NIHSS评分较对照组降低。以上指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷联合高压氧治疗急性脑梗死,在血小板活化程度以及神经功能方面均得到显著改善。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of hyperbaric warehouse therapy on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction from March 2017 to March 2021,2021 of Yongkang First People’s Hospital,Zhejiang Province,were divided into observation and control groups according to the administration methods,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were routinely treated plus enalapril hydrochlorothiazide disperse tablet antihypertensive treatment,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel in combination with hyperbaric oxygen.Serum inflammatory factors,blood rheological indicators,platelet activation and neurofunction improvement were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,HIF-1、VCAM-1、ICAM-1、MCP-1、IL-1 and hs-CRP were lower,IGF-1,fibrinogen,erythroid aggregation index,red cell ratio,whole blood,plasma viscosity,lower CD63 and CD62 p,and lower NIHSS score.The above indicators were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with hyperbaric oxygen for acute cerebral infarction was significantly improved in the degree of platelet activation and neural function.
