Relationship between long noncoding RNA UCA1 and gastric cancer

目的探讨长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)UCA1在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2017年1月-2018年6月浙江省台州市第一人民医院收治的胃癌患者79例(胃癌组),同期选择体检健康者67例作为对照组。采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测血浆中LncRNA UCA1的表达,并分析其临床意义。结果胃癌患者血浆中LncRNA UCA1的表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.170,P<0.05);LncRNA UCA1的表达水平与胃癌浸润深度、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);生存分析显示,LncRNA UCA1高表达组的累积生存率明显低于低表达组(P<0.05)。结论LncRNA UCA1的高表达提示胃癌患者的预后不良,血浆LncRNA UCA1水平对胃癌的诊断和预后判断有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of long noncoding RNA(LncRNA)UCA1 in gastric cancer.Methods 79 cases of gastric cancer and 67 cases of control group from January 2017 to June 2018 were collected.The expression of LncRNA UCA1 in plasma was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR),and its clinical significance was analyzed.Results The expression of LncRNA UCA1 in plasma of patients with gastric cancer was distinctly higher than that of control group(Z=-5.170,P<0.01);the expression of LncRNA UCA1 was related to the depth of invasion and TNM stage(P<0.05);survival analysis showed that the high expression group of LncRNA UCA1 had lower cumulative survival rate than that of the low expression group(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of LncRNA UCA1 indicates poor prognosis of gastric cancer patients,and plasma LncRNA UCA1 has important clinical significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
