北堂图书馆旧藏汉文古籍寻踪

Tracing the Pre-modern Chinese Books of the Beitang Library

北堂图书馆所藏西文善本,向为中外学者所重。其藏书目录、藏书史和专书个案研究,日益深入。与此相对,北堂图书馆旧藏的汉文古籍整理和研究略显薄弱。本文在惠泽霖、冯瓒璋、杜鼎克等学者的研究基础上,对北堂汉籍编目过程加以检讨,通过对现存汉籍的比较,总结了北堂旧藏汉籍外观和编目的基本特征,并对北堂汉籍现存情况加以追踪调研,揭示了首批调研结果。

Beitang Library has attracted many scholars for years.The catalogues,acquisition history and case studies on its rare books in western languages have become worldwide interests.Detailed and informative achievements published in recent years.However,the rare and pre-modern Chinese books of the Beitang Library,have been less focused on.This paper aims at tracing the pro cess of cataloging the pre-modern Chinese books,and finds out the physical features of them.The survey result of those books in the first stage releases at the end.
