“东南山水越为最,越地风光剡领先。”嵊州有2100多年的建县历史,自古物华天宝、人杰地灵,文化源远流长、积淀深厚,以“百年越剧诞生地、千年剡溪唐诗路、万年文化小黄山”闻名于世。沿着浙东唐诗之路行走,镶嵌于境内的名胜古迹和众多新老字号文化产业犹如一颗颗璀璨的明珠,熠熠生辉。晋永和十一年(355),王羲之不堪忍受官场倾轧,毅然退出官场,遍游东南,纵情于山水之间,“入剡(今嵊州),经金庭,见五老、香炉、卓剑、放鹤诸峰,以为奇丽幽渺,隔绝尘世,眷恋不能已,遂筑馆居焉”。
It has been over 2,100 years since Shengzhou county was built.Shengzhou is a bright pearl along the Eastern Zhejiang Tang Poetry Road for its outstanding people,beautiful scenery and profound cultural accumulation.On the morning of November 20,2022,Shengzhou Jinting Tablet Inscription Museum held its opening ceremony in Jinting town.The building of the museum,an artistic move forged by 50 famous calligraphers as well as artists from Xiling Seal Engraver's Society,contributes to create Shengzhou's unique cultural brand in the new era.
