2013年,中央一号文件中提出发展"家庭农场";"十四五"规划建议强调深化农村改革,要求"落实第二轮土地承包到期后再延长三十年政策,加快培育农民合作社、家庭农场等新型农业经营主体"。作为国家级乡村振兴标杆,鲁家村以一条特色小火车乡村旅游"线",串联起18个特色农场"点",打造"公司+村+家庭农场"家庭农场集群模式,一幅"农"墨"种"彩的乡村振兴画卷,正在浙江安吉鲁家村徐徐展开。
The No. 1 Central Document for 2013 proposes to develop "Family Farm". The 14 th Five-Year Plan Recommendation emphasizes that we should deepen the rural reform, extend the second round of land contracts for another 30 years and speed up cultivating new agricultural operation entities, such as farmers’ cooperative and family farm. As a national model for rural revitalization, Lujia Village, featuring a unique small sightseeing train line and 18 unique homestead farms, has created a mode of "company + village + family farm". Rural revitalization is on the way in Lujia Village, An’ji, Zhejiang Province.
