长安镇(高新区)位于海宁市西部,与杭州钱塘新区、余杭区相邻,全镇(区)总面积91.9平方公里,下辖11个社区、20个行政村,总人口约21.5万人。先后荣膺全国环境优美乡镇、国家级卫生镇、省级文明镇、省历史文化名镇、省级园林镇、省级森林镇、省级文化强镇和省级特色农业强镇(花卉);2019年度省级小城市培育试点考核位列全省第三,连续五年获得优秀,并获得小城镇环境综合整治省级样板的荣誉。
In recent years,Chang’an Town has gradually formed the development pattern of"One Body,Two Wings and Five Groups"which takes Chang’an New Zone as the primary center,takes High-tech Zone as the secondary center and covers Grand Canal Ancient Town,Science and Education Zone,Characteristic Agricultural Zone,Huitouchao Scenic Spot and Hangzhou-linked Commercial Zone.Focusing on"Five Beauties"goal of beautiful town construction,Chang’an Town plans to launch five actions and build major projects library,which highlight ecological protection,construction of rural life circle,construction of characteristic industries platform,creation of town’s unique appearance and governance of town’s intelligence and fine management.
