Requirements and Strategies of Army Equipment Maintenance Support Test Equipment Construction

基于两级维修体制下维修任务分工,明确了陆军装备维修检测设备的概念及其分类;围绕技术设计、功能指标和质量特性等需求问题,提出了陆军维修检测设备发展的基本要求;从陆军装备全系统全寿命管理和体系建设的角度出发,论述了陆军装备维修保障检测设备体系化、通用化、智能化、标准化的建设策略,以适应平战一体的维修任务需要。

Based on the division of maintenance task under the two-level maintenance system,the concept and classification of the Army equipment maintenance test equipment are clearly identified;the basic requirements of the development of the Army maintenance test equipment are put forward around the requirements of technical design,functional indicators and quality characteristics;from the point of view of the full system life cycle management and system construction of the Army equipment,the construction strategy of Army equipment maintenance support test equipment,which is systematic,universal,intelligent and standardized,is discussed in order to meet the need of the peacetime and wartime integrated maintenance task.
