摘要
针对作战单元备件携行配置问题,结合作战单元保障需求特点,提出一种基于作战单元完好率的备件携行配置优化方法。从军事效益、经济效益、机动性能3个方面,建立了多约束条件下的双目标优化模型,采用边际分析法对模型求解时,引入备件携行度提高优化结果的合理性。此外,考虑串件拼修对作战单元完好率的影响,通过算例对不同串件拼修策略下的作战单元备件携行配置优化方案进行对比分析。结果表明:本文建立的备件携行配置优化模型能够为作战单元备件保障提供辅助决策,串件拼修下的备件携行配置优化方案费效比更高。
Aiming at the problem of spare parts carrying configuration of combat unit and the characteristics of support requirement of combat unit,an optimization method of spare parts carrying configuration based on the intact rate of combat unit is proposed.From three aspects of military benefit,economic benefit and maneuverability,a two-objective optimization model under multi-constraints is established.When the model is solved by using marginal analysis method,the rationality of the optimization result is improved by introducing the carrying degree of spare parts.In addition,considering the effect of cannibalization on the integrity rate of combat unit,the optimization scheme of combat unit spare parts carrying configuration under different cannibalization strategy is compared and analyzed through an example.The results show that the optimization model of spare parts carrying configuration can provide auxiliary decision-making for spare parts support of combat unit,and the cost-effectiveness ratio of spare parts carrying configuration optimization under cannibalization is higher.
