基于“作战云”理论的装备发展模式对装备维修保障的影响及对策 被引量:2

Influence of Equipment Development Mode Based on Operational Cloud on Equipment Maintenance Support and Its Countermeasures

摘要 “作战云”理论体现了以“云计算”技术为基础的新一轮军事信息技术革命浪潮,并将彻底改变传统“以装备型号研制为中心”的装备发展模式,使得装备维修保障空间日趋“多域化”、保障技术日趋“云技术化”、保障对象日趋“无人化”,需要以“动态部署、分散组织”作为战时装备维修保障的主要方式,以恢复装备平台的“云作战”功能作为装备维修保障的重点,并进一步加强无人作战平台装备维修保障能力。 Operational cloud theory embodies a new round of military information technology revolution based on cloud computing technology.It will completely change the traditional equipment development mode of taking equipment type development as the center and makes the maintenance support space more and more“multi domain”,the support technology more and more“cloud technology”,the support object more and more“unmanned”.Therefore,it is necessary to take“dynamic deployment and decentralized organization”as the main mode of equipment maintenance support in war and restore the“cloud operations”function of the equipment platform as the main point of equipment maintenance support,and further strengthen the equipment maintenance support capability of unmanned operational platform.
