摘要
为解决传统的装备试验模式难以有效检验装备体系效能的问题,阐释了装备体系平行试验这一新的试验模式的基本概念及其内涵,提出了基于“V”型系统工程过程的平行试验流程设计逻辑框架,首先采用自顶向下的方法逐级分解试验任务,而后运用业务建模技术(Integration DEFinition language 0,IDEF0)对分解后的流程环节进行规范化建模,最后采用自底向上的方法柔性构建平行试验流程,进而形成平行试验流程设计的闭合回路。同时,研究并提取了构建平行试验流程的40个基本环节,分析了试验各环节的逻辑关系,为装备从单装试验到体系试验,从实装试验到仿真试验再到虚实结合试验设计提供了参考和借鉴。
For solving the problem that the traditional equipment test mode is difficult to effectively test the efficiency of equipment system,this paper interprets the basic concept and connotation of the new test mode of equipment system parallel test,and puts forward the logical framework of parallel test process design based on“V”system engineering process.Firstly,the test tasks are decomposed level by level by using the item down method.Then the business modeling technology IDEF0 is used to standardize and model the decomposed process links.Finally,the bottom-up method is used to flexibly construct the parallel test process,so as to form a closed loop of parallel test process design.At the same time,this paper studies and extracts 40 basic links of constructing parallel test process,analyzes the logical relationship of each link of the test,and provides reference for equipment from single equipment test to equipment system test,from real equipment test to simulation test,and then to virtual real combination test design.
