摘要
以某同步磁阻电机为研究对象,忽略了定子槽、定子齿间等结构的影响,建立了该电机的等效磁路模型,推导了定子电载荷和定子磁动势的理论表达式,并由一层磁障逐步引伸出三层磁障感生的转子磁动势公式,结合定子磁动势和转子磁动势方程,得到关于电机气隙磁场密度分布、电磁转矩、输出电磁力的表达式。最后,通过同步磁阻电机二维模型的电磁有限元仿真分析,验证了所提出理论模型的正确性,探明了电机结构参数与其电磁性能关键输出参数的联系,提出了同步磁阻电机数值分析的理论方法,为下一步深入开展同步磁阻电机其他研究奠定了基础。
This paper takes a certain synchronous reluctance motor as a case study.The equivalent magnetic circuit is proposed by ignoring the effects of stator slots and teeth.Then,the stator magnetic potential and rotor magnetic potential are analytical studied,with which the expressions and numerical waveforms of air-gap flux density,output torque,and electromagnetic force are deduced and presented,respectively.Furthermore,the proposed analytical model is evaluated by the electromagnetic finite element simulations.The relations between the motor geometry and its electrical performance are explored.Finally,the analytical model of synchronous reluctance motor is developed for the future studies.
