摘要
针对当前装备体系作战试验所面临的组分系统作战效能评估问题,提出基于能力的作战效能指标设计方法,给出了指标规范化处理模型,考虑作战能力指标间的相互关系,结合相对权重和影响/依赖权重确定指标综合权重;考虑底层效能指标的相对独立性,结合区间数特征向量法和信息熵法确定指标综合权重,进而通过指标逐层聚合实现网状指标体系框架下的装备体系组分系统作战效能综合评估。最后以陆军某重型合成旅装备体系侦察情报效能评估为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of component system operational effectiveness evaluation faced by the current equipment system operational test,the design method of operational effectiveness index based on capability is proposed,and the standardized processing model of index is given.Considering the relationship between operational capability indexes,the comprehensive weight of index is determined in combination with relative weight and influence/dependence weight;Considering the relative independence of the underlying effectiveness indicators,combined with the interval number eigenvector method and information entropy method,the comprehensive weight of the indicators is determined,and then the comprehensive evaluation of the operational effectiveness of the component systems of the equipment system of systems under the framework of the network index system is realized through the aggregation of the indicators layer by layer.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by taking the reconnaissance intelligence effectiveness evaluation of the equipment system of a heavy combined brigade of the army as an example.
