电控柴油机典型路面循环硬件在环测试研究 被引量:1

Research on Hardware-in-the-loop Test of Typical Road Cycle of Electronic Control Diesel Engine

摘要 针对某型电控柴油机建立了典型路面循环硬件在环测试方案,并设计了测试用例对实际行驶过程中的3种典型工况进行了测试。结果表明:电控系统对车速保持、突加油门、突减油门3种工况的控制逻辑与预期一致,满足使用要求。 A typical road cycle hardware-in-the-loop test scheme for an electronically controlled diesel engine is established,and the test cases are designed to test the engine in three typical working conditions during actual driving.The results show that the control logic of the electronic control system under three working conditions of vehicle speed maintenance,sudden throttle increase and sudden throttle decrease is consistent with the expectation and in line with the application requirements.
