广东省江门市某造纸企业废水处理厂于2010年建设了4座曝气生物滤池。近年来,由于该造纸企业的进水水质和水量发生变化,加之对曝气生物滤池的日常维护保养不足,导致曝气生物滤池出现滤料堵塞、有机污染物去除效率下降等一系列问题。为此,深入分析了曝气生物滤池运行效率降低的具体原因,并针对性地采取更换和修复滤料等措施,提高了曝气生物滤池的处理效率,确保了废水处理厂的出水水质达到相关排放标准。

In 2010,a sewage treatment plant of a paper making enterprise in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,built four biological aerated fflters(BAF).Due to the changes in the inlet water quality and quantity of the paper making enterprise in recent years,and the lack of daily maintenance of the BAF,the fflter material blockage and low organic pollutant removal efficiency of the BAF occurred.This project will improve the treatment efficiency of the BAF after analysis of the reasons for the reduced operating efficiency and replace and repair of the fflter material,so as to and ensures the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant.
