春夏交替期间胶黏物对生活用纸生产的危害及其控制

The Harm of Adhesive on the Production of Tissue during the Spring-Summer Transition and Their Control Measures

春夏交替季节,胶黏物问题的大面积爆发严重影响了生活用纸的正常生产。基于漯河银鸽生活纸有限公司TM1车间生产工况的分析及实验,研究了胶黏物在春夏交替时爆发的成因,并采取相对应的控制措施,成功遏制了春夏交替时胶黏物问题无规律的大面积爆发现象。

During the transition between spring and summer,the large-scale outbreak of adhesive problems has severely impacted the normal production of household tissue.Based on the analysis and experiments conducted in the TM1 workshop of Luohe Yinge Tissue Paper Co.,Ltd.,the causes of the outbreak of adhesive substances during the spring-summer transition were studied,and corresponding control measures were implemented,successfully containing the irregular and large-scale outbreak of adhesive problems during this period.
