In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources,this study is dedicated to the development of unbleached pure wood pulp tissue,and has identiffed the key production control process parameters for unbleached pure vood pulp tissue,including the Kappa number and whiteness control requirements.Through comparative analysis,the differences between the production of unbleached pure wood pulp tissue and bleached tissue in terms of pulping process,machine speed,and chemical control have been pinpointed.Furthermore,quality control standards for unbleached pure wood pulp tissue have been established,fostering the healthy development of the market for this environmentally friendly product.
