科研创新型人才培养的探索与实践——以轻化工程专业为例

摘要 从当前创新能力在人才培养中的核心地位及创新思维培养的重要性出发,深入分析轻化工程专业教学模式的现状。进而提出一套科研助力人才创新实践能力培养的综合实施方案。该方案以“双创”(即创新创业)项目为引领,旨在强化学生的科研思维培养;结合轻化工程专业的特点,开展企业现场引导的实践教学模式,使理论学习与实践操作相结合;整合工科教育的前沿理念,使探究过程更具趣味性和吸引力;加强梯度化师资队伍建设,以提升教学效果和学生的学习体验。通过这些举措,我们旨在构建一种本科生科研思维范式,逐步提升学生的创新素养,为国内高等院校在新工科背景下培养创新型人才和进行教学建设提供有益的参考和借鉴。 Starting from the core position of current innovative abilities in talent cultivation and the importance of fostering innovative thinking,the current status of teaching models in the field of light chemical engineering is analyzed.Subsequently,a comprehensive implementation plan is proposed to enhance the cultivation of innovative practical abilities with the assistance of scientific research.Guided by the"Double Innovation"(i.e.,innovation and entrepreneurship)projects,this plan aims to strengthen students'scientific research thinking.By integrating the characteristics of light chemical engineering,a practical teaching model guided by enterprises is implemented,combining theoretical learning with practical operation.Furthermore,the integration of cutting-edge ideas in engineering education is intended to make the exploration process more interesting and engaging.Additionally,the construction of a graded faculty team is emphasized to enhance teaching effectiveness and students'learning experience.Through these initiatives,we aim to establish a research thinking paradigm for undergraduates,gradually enhancing their innovative literacy.This provides valuable references and insights for domestic universities and colleges to cultivate innovative talents and carry out teaching construction under the new engineering background.
