Research and Application of Paper Deacidification Process

古籍文物是弘扬我国优秀历史文化的重要载体,解决纸质文物的酸化问题是当今学界普遍关注的焦点。国内各大图书馆的纸质文物均有酸化现象,特别是民国时期文物的机械强度已经大幅度降低,无法实现长期保存。首先介绍纸张酸化的基本原理以及纸张脱酸的重要性,然后综述国内外脱酸技术的现状,最后以多种不同的纸张脱酸方式为背景介绍当前纸张脱酸基本工艺,希望能为纸质文物保护工作的开展提供新的思路。

Ancient cultural relics are an important carrier for promoting China's excellent historical and cultural heritage,and solving the acidification problem of paper cultural relics is a common focus of attention in the academic community today.The paper cultural relics in major libraries in China have experienced acidification,especially during the Republic of China period,where the mechanical strength of cultural relics has significantly decreased and long-term preservation cannot be achieved.This article first introduces the basic principle of paper acidification and the importance of paper deacidification.Then,it summarizes the current status of deacidification technology at home and abroad.Finally,it introduces the basic process of paper deacidification based on various different methods of paper deacidification,hoping to provide new ideas for the protection of paper cultural relics.
