云南省58所医院中医医疗技术相关医院感染现况问卷调查

Survey on traditional Chinese medicine medical technology-associated infection in 58 hospitals of Yunnan Province

目的通过对云南省医疗机构中医医疗技术相关医院感染现况开展调查,为该省相关医院感染防控提供数据参考。方法使用自行设计的问卷,对参与医院2019年中医医疗技术开展和相关医院感染情况进行回顾性调查。结果全省共58所中医医疗机构参与本次调查,全部医院均开展了针刺类、拔罐类、灸类和推拿类技术。2019年累计开展中医医疗技术28090768例次,发生相关医院感染171例次,感染例次率为0.61/10万次,其中感染例次率最高的为刮痧类(22.20/10万次),不同类别中医医疗技术相关医院感染例次率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。<300张床位医院中医医疗技术相关医院感染例次率高于其他分组(1.37/10万次),不同规模医院相关医院感染例次率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关医院感染部位排行前三位分别为:上呼吸道、下呼吸道和皮肤软组织。结论本次调查围绕中医医疗技术相关医院感染开展,为中医医院感染防控和研究工作提供参考依据。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)medical technology-associated infection in medical institutions in Yunnan Province,and provide data reference for the infection prevention and control in the province.METHODS A self-designed questionnaire was used to retrospectively investigate the development of TCM medical technology and related nosocomial infection in participating hospitals in 2019.RESULTS A total of 58 TCM medical institutions in the whole province participated in the survey,and all hospitals carried out acupuncture,cupping,moxibustion and tuina techniques.In 2019,a total of 28090768 cases of TCM medical technology were carried out,171 cases of related nosocomial infections occurred,and the case infection rate was 0.61/100,000 times,of which scraping was the highest infection rate(22.20/100,000 times).The difference in the incidence rate of hospital infections related to different types of TCM medical technology was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of TCM medical technology-associated infection in hospitals with less than 300 beds was significantly higher than that in other groups(1.37/100,000 times),and the incidence of hospital-related nosocomial infection in hospitals with different sizes was significantly different(P<0.05).The top three related nosocomial infection sites were upper respiratory tract,lower respiratory tract and skin and soft tissue.CONCLUSION This survey focuses on hospital infection related to TCM medical technology,which provides data support for prevention and control of infection and research work in this province.
