1257例门诊疑似女性生殖道支原体感染状况及药敏分析

Analysis on status and drug sensitivity of 1257 suspected female genital tract Mycoplasma infection

目的分析生殖道感染的女性患者解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)感染情况及对抗菌药物的敏感性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用支原体检测试剂盒对来中心就诊的1257例疑诊为生殖道感染的女性患者分泌物进行Uu、Mh检测及药敏试验,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果检测1257例患者标本中有587例支原体感染阳性,阳性患者年龄段主要分布在31~40岁;Uu感染阳性率为26.8%,Mh感染阳性率为0.7%,Uu和Mh混合感染阳性率为19.2%;药物敏感试验结果显示,支原体感染患者对交沙霉素、强力霉素和四环素敏感率≥85.5%,米诺环素敏感率≥77.8%;对红霉素、乙酰螺旋霉素、环丙沙星等的耐药率较高。结论本中心女性患者生殖道支原体感染年龄段主要分布在31~40岁,感染类型以Uu为主,临床治疗可将交沙霉素、强力霉素、四环素和米诺环素作为首选药物。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh)in suspected female patients with genital tract infection and pathogenic sensitivity to antibiotics,so as to provide the basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics.METHODS Drug sensitivity test were performed in 1257 female patients with suspected genital tract infection by mycoplasma detection kit,and the results were statistically analyzed.RESULTS Among the 1257 samples,587 were positive for mycoplasma infection,and the age of positive patients was mainly from 31 to 40 years old.The positive rates of Uu infection Mh infection and mixed infection of Uu and Mh were 26.8%,0.7%,and 19.2%,respectively.Drug sensitivity test results showed that the sensitive rates of mycoplasma to josamycin,doxycycline and tetracycline were≥85.5%,and to minocycline was≥77.8%.The drug resistance rate to erythromycin,acetylspiramycin and ciprofloxacin was higher.CONCLUSION The infection age of female patients with genital mycoplasma in our center is mainly 31-40 years old,and the infection type is mainly Uu.In clinical treatment,josamycin,doxycycline,tetracycline and minocycline can be used as the preferred drugs.
