梅克尔憩室倒置致腹痛、血便一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者,女性,24岁,以“脐周痛5天,排血便3天”为主诉于2020年12月3日收入厦门大学附属中山医院消化内科。患者入院前5d无诱因出现脐周阵发性绞痛,不剧烈,未放射至其他部位,改变体位疼痛未见明显缓解,无发热、畏冷,无胸闷、胸痛、心悸,无尿急、尿痛等不适。3d前出现排暗红色血便3次,量少,伴腹痛,性质同前,2 d前于外院进行胃镜、结肠镜检查均未见明确出血灶.
