摘要
肥大细胞(MC)是炎症和过敏反应中的重要效应细胞,通过脱颗粒释放介质参与免疫调节。近年来研究发现MC所释放的可溶性介质在肿瘤微环境中介导肿瘤组织血管生成、基质分解和免疫调控,进而发挥着促进或抑制肿瘤发展的双重作用。以MC为靶点的治疗手段也取得了一定的进展。全文综述MC颗粒释放的机制及其在肿瘤微环境中的作用。
Mast cells(MCs)are important effector cells in inflammatory and allergic responses,which involve in immune regulation by releasing mediators.Recent studies have found that soluble mediators released by MCs regulate tumor tissue angiogenesis,matrix decomposition and immunity in the tumor microenvironment,and then play a dual role in promoting or inhibiting tumor development.Therapeutic approaches targeting MCs have also achieved remarkable results.In this article,the mechanism of degranulation and its role in the tumor microenvironment are reviewed.
