摘要
目的:探讨本科生牙体牙髓病学教学"金课"的应用效果。方法:根据"金课"的"两性一度"(有挑战性、有难度、有创新性)特点要求,通过更新教学内容和丰富教学方式等途径构建本科生牙体牙髓病学教学"金课"。选取第四军医大学2016级口腔医学专业本科学员(2016级学员)为实验组,2011-2015级学员为对照组。对照组已完成传统教学,实验组采用"金课"教学。课程结束后分别组织问卷调查和课程考试研究。结果:问卷调查结果表明"金课"的应用减少了教学内容的过度重复施教、突出了教学重点。此外,2016级学员的平均考试成绩显著高于2011-2015级学员的平均成绩(P<0.05),且实验组对跨学科病例的综合分析能力要强于对照组。结论:"金课"的应用提升了本科生牙体牙髓病学教学的效果,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the application effect of the" Gold-course" in the teaching of Endodontics for undergraduates. Methods: According to the requirements of the" Gold-course", including challenging, difficulty, and innovative, we established the"Gold-course"for the teaching of Endodontics for undergraduates by updating the teaching content and introducing novel teaching methods. The undergraduate students of stomatology of Grade 2016(S2016) of the Fourth Military Medical University were selected as the experimental group and the students of S2011-2015 were selected as the control group. The control groups had finished the traditional course, and the experimental group received the"Goldcourse". After the end of the course, questionnaire survey and course examination research were organized respectively.Results: The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the application of the"Gold-course"reduced the excessive repeating teaching contents and made the teaching emphasis highlighted. In addition, the average test grade of the S2016 was significantly higher than that of the S2011-2015(P <0.05), and the comprehensive analytical capability of the experimental group was better than that of the control groups in dealing with the interdisciplinary cases. Conclusions: The application of the" Gold-course" improved the teaching effect of the teaching of Endodontics for undergraduates, it is worth popularizing.
