不同波长激光治疗白色念珠菌病过程中的作用机制及治疗进展

Mechanism and Progress of different wavelength Laser in the treatment of candidiasis albicans

白色念珠菌病是皮肤黏膜科常见的疾病,是指由于长期服用口服避孕药、长期应用广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂及皮质激素等使机体免疫力下降、菌群环境改变导致的菌群失调,从而引起的皮肤和(或)黏膜组织的感染。但是随着抗真菌药物的耐药率越来越高且难以彻底根治,同时某些治疗白色念珠菌病的药物还具有一定的肝毒性和肾毒性,导致患有肝肾疾病的患者、儿童以及老年患者也不宜应用,所以急需一种更安全、有效、操作方便的白色念珠菌病治疗方法。近年来,以激光作为主要或辅助手段治疗白色念珠菌病备受国内外学者的关注,其具有疗效较好,无明显副作用,尤其适用于年老、免疫力低下和肝肾功能不全的患者。现就激光治疗白色念珠菌病作用机制和治疗效果的研究进展进行综述。

Candidiasis is a common disease in the department of skin and mucous membrane.It refers to the infection of skin and mucous membrane tissues caused by long-term use of oral contraceptives,long-term use of broad-spectrum antibiotics,immunosuppressants and corticosteroids,which reduce the body’s immunity,and the imbalance of bacterial flora caused by changes in the bacterial flora environment.However,as the resistance rate of antifungal drugs is getting higher and higher and it is difficult to completely cure,some drugs for treating candidiasis also have certain hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity,resulting in patients and children with liver and kidney diseases.Children and elderly patients also should not be applied,so urgently need a more safe,effective and convenient operation of candida albicans disease treatment.In recent years,laser as the main or auxiliary means for the treatment of Candida albicans has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad.It has good curative effect and no obvious side effects,especially suitable for patients with old age,low immunity and liver and kidney dysfunction.The research progress of the mechanism and therapeutic effect of laser treatment of candida albicans is reviewed.
