口服复方钙剂结合运动处方治疗老年性骨质疏松症的效果分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Oral Compound Calcium Combined with Exercise Prescription on Elderly Osteoporosis

目的研讨老年性骨质疏松症经口服复方钙剂+运动处方治疗的效果。方法选取2021年7月-2022年7月我院老年性骨质疏松症患者80例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组仅口服复方钙剂治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上再联合运动处方,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的骨密度高于对照组,ODI评分低于对照组;观察组治疗后的VAS评分、摔倒评分均低于对照组,6m步行平均速度快于对照组,BSS评分高于对照组;观察组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年性骨质疏松症患者中,口服复方钙剂治疗时,再结合运动方案,可提升患者的骨密度,改善功能,对患者生活能力的恢复有促进作用,同时还有助于生活质量的提升。

Objective To investigate effect of oral compound calcium and exercise prescription treatment for elderly osteoporosis.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was only treated with oral compound calcium,while observation group with exercise prescriptions on the basis of control group.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Bone density of observation group was higher than control group,and the ODI scores were lower than control group.After treatment,the VAS scores and fall scores of observation group were lower than control group,and average 6-meter walking speed was faster than control group.BSS scores were higher than control group;life quality scores of observation group after treatment were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral compound calcium therapy combined with exercise can increase bone density,improve function,promote life ability recovery,and contribute to life quality improvement of elderly patients with osteoporosis.
