内镜下金属钛夹联合乌司他丁治疗消化道出血的效果研究

Effect Study on Endoscopic Titanium Clip Combined with Ulinastatin in Treatment of Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的观察内镜下金属钛夹联合乌司他丁治疗消化道出血的效果。方法选2021年6月-2022年6月本院收治的消化道出血患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取内镜下金属钛夹治疗法,观察组采取内镜下金属钛夹联合乌司他丁治疗法,观察两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组;观察组住院时间、症状消失时间低于对照组;观察组ADH、Cor应激水平低于对照组,VitE水平高于对照组;观察组TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,IL-2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论研究表明,内镜下金属钛夹联合乌司他丁治疗消化道出血,能够降低患者的应激反应和炎性因子水平,提升治疗效果。

Objective To observe effect of endoscopic titanium clips combined with ulinastatin in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 as study objects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Control group was treated with endoscopic metal titanium clip treatment,while observation group with endoscopic metal titanium clip combined with ulinastatin treatment.Treatment effect between two groups was observed.Results Curative effect of observation group was higher than control group;length of stay and symptom disappearance time of observation group was lower than control group;ADH and Cor stress levels in observation group were lower than control group,while VitE levels were higher than control group;levels of TNF-α,IL-6 in observation group were lower than control group,while level of IL-2 was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Research shows that combination of endoscopic titanium clips and ulinastatin can reduce stress response and inflammatory factor levels,and improve treatment effect in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.
