纤支镜肺泡灌洗联合物理排痰治疗吸入性肺炎患者的效果研究

摘要 目的纤支镜肺泡灌洗联合物理排痰治疗吸入性肺炎患者的效果研究。方法选取我院2020年1月1日-2021年12月31日重症医学科收治的232例吸入性肺炎患者作为研究对象,经吸入性肺炎患者或家属同意后由临床医生进行分组,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取纤支镜肺泡灌洗进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联合物理排痰进行治疗,记录并比较两组1周的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组生活评分明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后有效率(99.14%)明显高于对照组(82.76%),观察组治疗后满意度(66.38%)明显高于对照组(99.14%),研究数据对比差异不具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤支镜肺泡灌洗联合物理排痰治疗法,可显著改善吸入性肺炎患者的呼吸功能,降低炎症反应,提高治疗有效率。 Objective To study effect of bronchoscopy alveolar lavage combined with physical sputum excretion in treatment of patients with inhalation pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 232 patients with inhalation pneumonia admitted to ICU Department of our hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2021 as study objects,and divided them into control group and observation group by clinical doctors with consent of patients or their families.Control group was treated with bronchoscopy alveolar lavage,while observation group with physical sputum excretion on the basis of control group.Treatment effect between two groups for one week was recorded and compared.Results After treatment,life scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group.Effective rate of observation group after treatment(99.14%)was significantly higher than control group(82.76%),satisfaction degree of observation group after treatment(66.38%)was significantly higher than control group(99.14%).Difference in research data comparison was not statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of bronchoscopy alveolar lavage and physical sputum excretion therapy can improve respiratory function,reduce inflammatory response,and improve treatment effect significantly of patients with inhalation pneumonia.
