硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛降低初产妇会阴侧切率的研究

Study on Epidural Anesthesia dor Labor Analgesia to Reduce Perineal Lateral Incision Rate of Primiparous Women

目的研究硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛对降低初产妇会阴侧切率的影响。方法将2021年9月-2022年9月期间在本院分娩的初产妇80例作为样本来开展本次研究,在随机数字表法指导下将其分为常规组以及研究组,每组各40例,其中常规组采用常规分娩镇痛法,研究组采用硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛法,并对两组初产妇的会阴侧切率、盆底康复指标、产程时间、疼痛程度、并发症发生情况以及镇痛满意度等指标进行对比分析。结果研究组的会阴侧切率低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的盆底康复指标优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组初产妇的疼痛程度低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的产程时间低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组的镇痛满意度高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对于初产妇来说,采用硬膜外麻醉分娩镇痛干预可以有效降低产妇的并发症发生率、疼痛程度以及产程时间,改善产妇盆底康复指标,提升产妇镇痛满意度,这对于降低其会阴侧切率具有积极影响。

Objective To study effect of epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia on reducing perineal lateral incision rate of primiparous women.Methods The paper studied 80 primiparous women in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022,and divided them into routine group and study group under guidance of random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine delivery analgesia,while study group with epidural anesthesia delivery analgesia.Perineal lateral incision rate,pelvic floor rehabilitation indicators,labor process time,and pain degree between two groups o were measured was compared,indicators were analyzed including incidence of complications and satisfaction degree with pain relief.Results Lateral episiotomy rate in study group was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Pelvic floor rehabilitation indicators of study group were better than routine group(P<0.05).Pain level of study group was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Duration of labor in study group was lower than routine group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree with pain relief in study group was higher than routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Delivery analgesia intervention of epidural anesthesia can reduce complications incidence,pain severity,and labor process time of primiparous women effectively,improve pelvic floor rehabilitation indicators,enhance maternal satisfaction with analgesia,which has positive effect on reducing perineal lateral incision rate.
