原发性蛛网膜下腔出血放射影像诊断价值评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的对原发性蛛网膜下腔出血诊断中放射影像诊断的具体方法展开研究,评估其应用价值。方法以本院2020年10月1日-2022年10月1日收治的原发性蛛网膜下腔出血患者100例作为研究对象,所有患者均实施放射影像诊断,以病理诊断结果为金标准,按照随机数字表法,将所有入选患者分为两组(各50例),分别为数字减影血管造影术组(3D-DSA组)和多层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像组(3D-CAT组),对上述诊断效果进行评估。结果3D-DSA组疾病检出率高于3D-CAT组,统计学对比有意义(P<0.05);3D-DSA组确诊率高于3D-CAT组,漏诊率、误诊率低于3D-CAT组,P<0.05(除误诊率外),差异有统计学意义。结论放射影像诊断应用价值较高,与3D-CAT相比,3D-CAT的检出率及确诊率更高,可以提升疾病诊断准确率,对针对性治疗措施的实施、改善疾病预后等均具有促进作用,适合普及。 Objective To study specific methods of radiation imaging diagnosis in diagnosis of primary subarachnoid hemorrhage and evaluate its application value.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with primary subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from October 1,2020 to October 1,2022 as study objects,treated with underwent radiographic diagnosis with gold standard of pathological diagnosis results,and divided them into two groups(50 cases in each group)according to random number table method,namely digital subtraction angiography group(3D-DSA group)and multi-slice spiral CT coronary angiography group(3D-CAT group).Above diagnostic effect was evaluated between two groups.Results Disease detection rate in 3D-DSA group was higher than 3D-CAT group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Diagnosis rate of 3D-DSA group was higher than 3D-CAT group,and missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate was lower than 3D-CAT group,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05(except for misdiagnosis rate).Conclusion Radiographic imaging diagnosis can achieve high application value,3D-CAT has higher detection and diagnosis rate than 3D-DSA,can improve accuracy of disease diagnosis and promote targeted treatment measures and improve disease prognosis,which is suitable for promotion.
