无痛胃镜联合结肠镜对胃肠道疾病检查的安全性及有效性评价

Safety and Effectiveness Evaluation of Painless Gastroscopy Combined with Colonoscopy in Examination of Gastrointestinal Diseases

目的探讨无痛胃镜联合结肠镜对胃肠道疾病的安全性及有效性。方法本研究选取2020年1月-2021年1月本院收治的81例胃肠道疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组所纳入的40例患者采用常规胃镜联合结肠镜进行检查,研究组所纳入的41例患者采用无痛胃镜联合结肠镜进行检查。对比分析两组患者临床检查时间、不良反应情况、疼痛程度、满意度。结果和对照组相比,研究组患者胃镜、结肠镜检查所需的时间明显更短,数据间均有显著差异(P<0.05);和对照组相比,研究组不良反应情况,即发生呼吸抑制、血压下降、血氧饱和度下降、心率减慢的人数明显更少,数据间均有显著差异(P<0.05);和对照组相比,研究组患者疼痛程度明显呈更低水平,0度、Ⅰ度人数明显更多,数据间均有显著差异(P<0.05);和对照组相比,研究组患者满意度明显呈更高水平,数据间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论联合无痛胃镜、结肠镜对胃肠道疾病患者进行检查,获得了良好效果,明显缩短了检查所需的时间,减轻了患者的疼痛感,减少了患者的不良反应,改善了医患关系,让患者更加舒适和满意,安全性更高,可在临床大力推广。

Objective To explore safety and effectiveness of painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy in treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.Methods The study chose 81 patients with gastrointestinal diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as research objects,and divided them into control group and study group randomly.40 cases in control group were treated with routine gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy for examination,while 41 cases in study group with painless gastroscopy combined with colonoscopy for examination.Clinical examination time,adverse reactions,pain level,and satisfaction degree was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Gastroscopy and colonoscopy examination time in study group was significantly shorter than control group,there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05).Numbers of adverse reactions in study group,that is,respiratory depression,decreased blood pressure,decreased oxygen saturation and decreased heart rate,were significantly less than control group,there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05).Pain level of patients in study group was significantly lower than control groups,there were significantly more people with degrees 0 and I,with significant difference between the data(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of study group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy can achieve achieve good effect in examination of patients with gastrointestinal diseases,reduce examination time significantly,alleviatee pains,reduce adverse reactions,improve doctor-patient relationship,make patients more comfortable and satisfied,with higher safety,which can be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
