摘要 目的研究鼻内镜下低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果。方法将本院2019年6月-2022年6月接收的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者60例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、手术指标、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,比较两组的临床效果可见,观察组高于对照组,对比结果的统计学差异明显(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组在出血量、手术及住院时间方面有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗后,分析两组间的并发症可见,观察组与对照组之间有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疾病治疗中,采取鼻内镜下低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术可显著提高治疗效果。相较常规治疗,该法能进一步改善嗅觉功能,提高糖精、鼻黏液等的清除效果,手术时间更短,术后能更快速地康复,值得在临床广泛应用。 Objective To study effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of inferior turbinate under nasal endoscopy in treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 as observation objects,and divided them into observation group and control group based on random number table method.Clinical effect,surgical indicators,and incidence of complications were compared between two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,clinical effect comparison between two groups showed,that of observation group was higher than control group,with significant statistical difference in comparison(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference between observation group and control group in terms of bleeding volume,surgery,and hospital stay(P<0.05).After treatment,complications analysis between two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of the inferior turbinate under nasal endoscopy can improve treatment effect of chronic sinusitis significantly,can improve olfactory function,clearance effect of saccharin,nasal mucus,etc.further,shorten surgical time and recover more quickly than routine treatment after surgery,which is worthy of widely clinical application.
