11例晚期肝癌病例大分割放疗的疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Large-scale Radiotherapy on 11 Cases of Advanced Liver Cancer

目的探讨晚期肝癌大分割放疗的治疗效果和不良反应。方法对2019年1月-2022年2月于广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受大分割放疗的11例晚期肝癌患者进行观察,评价治疗效果和不良反应,并随访生存情况;通过Kaplan-Meier法绘制生存曲线;通过Logistic回归分析性别、年龄、甲胎蛋白、放射剂量等临床因素对患者治疗效果的影响。结果所有患者中有2例患者肿瘤完全缓解,4例患者部分缓解;5例患者出现了1~2级急性胃肠反应;患者治疗后一年总体生存率为72.9%。结论大分割放射治疗是一种安全有效的晚期肝癌治疗手段。

Objective To explore curative effect and adverse reactions of large-scale radiotherapy for advanced liver cancer.Methods The paper observed 11 patients with advanced liver cancer with large-scale radiotherapy at Guangzhou Medical University Cancer Hospital Affiliated from January 2019 to February 2022,evaluated curative effect and adverse reactions,with follow-up of survival status,drew survival curve with Kaplan Meier method;investigated effect of clinical factors on treatment outcomes of patients with logistic regression analysis,including gender,age,alpha fetoprotein,and radiation dose.Results Among all cases,2 showed complete tumor remission and 4 showed partial remission;5 experienced grade 1-2 acute gastrointestinal reactions,with overall one-year survival rate of 72.9%after treatment.Conclusion Large segment radiotherapy can be safe and effective treatment for advanced liver cancer.
