颅内血管介入治疗老年缺血性脑血管病患者的疗效及对神经功能的影响

Curative Effect of Intracranial Vascular Intervention on Elderly Patients with Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease and Its Influence on Neurological Function

目的探讨颅内血管介入治疗老年缺血性脑血管病患者的疗效及其对神经功能的影响。方法选取2020年3月-2022年3月本院收治的60例老年缺血性脑血管病患者,随机法分为两组,将30例接受常规治疗纳入参照组,30例接受颅内血管介入治疗纳入研究组。对比两组近期疗效、神经功能、血流动力学指标、不良反应、心理状态及复发率。结果研究组预后良好率高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组神经功能对比无差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组血流动力学指标水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组均低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率较参照组更低(P<0.05);治疗前两组SAS、SDS评分对比(P>0.05),治疗后研究组均低于参照组(P<0.05);出院6个月后进行随访,参照组复发9例(30.00%),研究组复发2例(6.66%),参照组复发率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论颅内血管介入治疗缺血性脑血管病患者,可改善患者血管堵塞或狭窄情况,保障血液顺畅流动,减少预后风险。

Objective To explore curative effect of intracranial vascular intervention on elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and its influence on neurological function.Methods The paper chose 60 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly,30 cases in reference group were treated with routine treatment,and 30 cases in study group with intracranial vascular intervention treatment.Recent effect,neurological function,hemodynamic indicators,adverse reactions,psychological status,and recurrence rate were was compared between two groups.Results Good prognosis rate of research group was higher than reference group(P<0.05).There was no difference in neurological function between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,that of study group was lower than reference group(P<0.05).There was no difference in levels of hemodynamic indicators between two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,those of study group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than reference group(P<0.05).Comparison of SAS and SDS scores between two groups before treatment showed P>0.05,those of study group were lower than reference group after treatment(P<0.05).After 6 months of discharge,follow-up found there were 9 relapses(30.00%)in reference group and 2 relapses(6.66%)in study group.Recurrence rate in reference group was higher than study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracranial vascular intervention therapy can improve vascular blockage or stenosis,ensure smooth blood flow,and reduce prognostic risks of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
