加味酸枣仁汤治疗阴虚火旺型焦虑性失眠障碍的药学分析

Pharmacological Analysis of Modified Semen Ziziphi Spinosae Decoction for Anxiety Insomnia Disorder of Yin Deficiency and Fire Hyperactivity Type

目的探讨阴虚火旺型焦虑性失眠障碍患者行加味酸枣仁汤治疗价值。方法选入2019年4月-2021年4月经确诊的焦虑性失眠障碍患者90例,通过信封随机划分组模式均分入研究组和对照组。对照组实施阿普唑仑治疗,研究组实施加味酸枣仁汤治疗,就两组治疗前后统计的睡眠质量状态、治疗效果、中医证候积分、负面心理状态、血清水平施以比较。结果对治疗前两组各项临床指标统计,组间无显著差异(P>0.05);经治疗后,研究组PSQI量表测定结果、中医证候观察分值、心理状态分值、血清SP水平较对照组更低,治疗疗效、血清NPY和对照组相比更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);5-HT、NE、GABA治疗前两组上述水平的比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组优化程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组治疗后有效率88.89%高于对照组75.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味酸枣仁汤应用于阴虚火旺型焦虑性失眠障碍患者中,血清水平有显著调节,同时加速负面情绪的消退,睡眠质量的好转。

Objective To explore curative value of modified semen ziziphi spinosae decoction on anxiety insomnia disorder patients of yin deficiency and fire excess type.Methods The paper chose 90 patients with confirmed anxiety insomnia disorder between April 2019 and April 2021,and divided them into study group and control group through envelope randomization,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with alprazolam,while research group with modified semen ziziphi spinosae decoction.Sleep quality status,treatment effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scoress,negative psychological state,and serum levels were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in clinical indicators between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,PSQI scale measurement results,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome observation scores,psychological state scores,and serum SP levels in study group were lower than control group,while treatment effect,serum NPY levels were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in levels of 5-HT,NE,and GABA between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,optimization degree of study group was higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Effective rate of study group after treatment was 88.89%,which was higher than control group 75.57%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified semen ziziphi spinosae decoction can regulate serum levels of anxiety insomnia disorder patients of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type significantly,accelerate resolution of negative emotions,and improve sleep quality.
