综合护理干预对于经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的应用与效果评价研究

Application Effect Evaluation and Research of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Transurethral Plasma Resection of Prostate

目的对经尿道前列腺等离子电切术应用综合护理干预的临床效果进行探讨。方法选取睢宁县人民医院2019年2月-2020年2月收治的50例行经尿道前列腺等离子电切术患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为常规组和观察组,各25例,将常规护理模式应用于常规组,观察组在常规组的基础上加以综合护理干预,观察患者治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、镇痛剂使用率、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、镇痛剂使用率、生活质量评分以及护理满意度均明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对于经尿道前列腺等离子电切术的应用效果显著,可以考虑积极推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for transurethral plasma resection of prostate.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with transurethral plasma prostatectomy in Suining County People’s Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 as study subjects,and divided them into routine group and observation group with drawing lots method,with 25 cases in each groups.Routine group was treated with routine nursing mode,and observation group with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine group.Total effective rate of treatment,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,length of stay,analgesic use rate,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree was observed.Results Total effective rate,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,length of stay,analgesic use rate,life quality scores and nursing satisfaction degree of patients in observation group were significantly better than routine group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect on application of transurethral plasma resection of prostate,which can be actively promoted.
