摘要
目的 探讨高原强化循环训练法对高原部队训练伤的影响。方法 选取2017~2018年高原部队入伍的400名士兵为研究对象,采用单双号抽签的方式将其分组实施研究,抽取单号的200名士兵纳入对照组,采用部队常规耐力训练方法,抽取双号的200名士兵纳入观察组,采取以循环训练法为中心的耐力训练方法,对比两组士兵训练前后身体机能、身体形态。结果 训练前,两组士兵身体机能检测结果无显著差异(P>0.05);训练后,两组士兵身体机能均有所变化,且观察组改善情况显著更优(P<0.05)。训练前,两组士兵身体形态检测结果无显著差异(P>0.05);训练后,两组士兵身体形态均有所变化,且观察组改善情况显著更优(P<0.05)。结论 高原强化循环训练法可有效提升高原部队士兵的身体机能、身体形态及身体素质,使其有氧代谢能力得以提升,减少训练伤情况的发生,是一种值得借鉴及大力推广的训练方式。
Objective To explore effect of high altitude intensive cycling training on training injury of troops at high altitude.Methods The paper chose 400 soldiers enlisted in plateau troops from 2017 to 2018 as research objects,and divided them into groups by drawing single and even numbers.200 soldiers with single numbers were included in control group.200 soldiers with double numbers in observation group with routine endurance training method of the army.With endurance training method centered on circular training method,physical function and body shape between two groups was compared before and after training.Results Before training,there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05);After training,physical function of soldiers in two groups changed,and improvement of observation group was significantly better (P<0.05).Before training,there was no significant difference between two groups for body shape examination (P>0.05).After training,body shape of soldiers in two groups changed,improvement of observation group was significantly better (P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive cycling training at high altitude can improve physical function,body shape and physical quality of soldiers at high altitude effectively,improve their aerobic metabolism ability and reduce incidence of training injuries,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
