选择性胆道造影在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用体会

Application Experience of Selective Cholangiography in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的研究选择性胆道造影在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用体会。方法选取本院2019年12月-2020年12月收治的接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者60例,其中符合造影指征的30例患者为研究组,余下30例作为对照组,研究组采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术联合胆道造影治疗,对照组采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察并比较两组患者的并发症、临床指标。结果研究组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、总住院时间均显著长于对照组(P<0.05),但术后住院时间与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者采取选择性胆道造影,能够减少并发症,但可能延长手术时间,对患者的恢复及住院时间等不产生影响。

Objective To study application experience of selective cholangiography in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020.Among them,30 cases met imaging indications were included in study group,and remaining 30 cases in control group.Study group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with cholangiography,and control group with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Complications and clinical indicators between two groups were observed and compared.Results Total incidence of complications in study group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);operation time and total length of stay of study group was significantly longer than control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between postoperative length of stay of study group and control group,(P>0.05).Conclusion Selective cholangiography can reduce complications of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,but it may prolong operation time and have no effect on recovery and length of stay of patients.
