细节管理干预对肺炎患儿炎症控制效果的影响

Effect of Detail Management Intervention on Inflammation Control of Pneumonia Children

目的将细节管理干预对肺炎+患儿炎症控制效果的影响进行研究。方法甘肃省白银市景泰县中医医院2018年11月-2019年11月共收治90例肺炎患儿,将其随机分为对照组45例,观察组45例,分别采用普通护理与细节管理干预,对比两组患儿的护理效果。结果观察组患儿护理优良率、家属满意度评分均高于对照组,临床症状消失时间更短(P<0.05)。结论将细节管理干预应用在肺炎患儿的护理工作中,可有效控制其自身炎症,缓解临床症状,以保障总体治疗效果,具有一定推广价值。

Objective To study effect of detail management intervention on inflammation control of children with pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 90 children with pneumonia treated in Baiyin City Jingtai County Hospital of Chinese medicine from November 2018 to November 2019,and divided them into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)randomly,with general nursing and detail management intervention respectively.Nursing effect between two groups was compared.Results Excellent nursing rate and family satisfaction degree in observation group was higher control group,time of clinical symptom disappearance was shorter,(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail management intervention can effectively control inflammation,alleviate clinical symptoms,and ensure overall treatment effect in nursing of pneumonia children,which has some certain promotion value.
