探寻门诊急诊输液患儿临床有效的护理方法

Clinical Effective Nursing Methods Exploration of Children with Transfusion in Outpatient Emergency Department

目的探讨分析将舒适护理应用于门诊急诊输液患儿所取得的临床效果。方法选取本院门诊急诊于2019年3月-2020年3月收治的50例输液患儿进行此次研究,按照舒适护理实行的前后顺序对患者进行分组,其中实施舒适护理前的25例患儿作为常规护理组,实行舒适护理后的25例患儿作为舒适护理组,比较对两组患儿的护理效果。结果舒适护理组患儿的输液依从性明显高于常规护理组患儿,差异显著具备统计学价值(P<0.05);舒适护理组患儿家属的护理满意度评分为(91.36±5.34)分,常规护理组患儿家属的护理满意度评分为(80.73±4.59)分。舒适护理组患儿家属的护理满意度明显优于常规护理组患儿,差异显著具备统计学价值(P<0.05)。皮下淤肿、液体不滴、针头滑出等并发症发生率舒适护理组低于常规护理组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。皮下淤肿、液体不滴、针头滑出等并发症发生率舒适护理组低于常规护理组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿家长护理满意度观察组低于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论根据本次研究的结果可以确认,将舒适护理应用于门诊急诊输液患儿,能够有效提高患儿的输液依从性,这样患儿家属对护理也会更加认可,从而避免出现医患纠纷,提高医院的声誉,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore and analyze clinical effect of comfort nursing for children with transfusion in outpatient emergency department.Methods The paper chose 50 children with transfusion admitted to outpatient emergency department of our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 for study,and divided them into groups according to sequence before and after comfort nursing.Among them,25 children before comfort nursing were included in routine nursing group,and 25 children after comfort nursing in comfort nurisng group.Nursing effect between two groups was compared.Results Infusion compliance in comfort nursing group was significantly higher than routine nursing group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of family members of comfort nursing group was(91.36±5.34)points,nursing satisfaction degree of family members of routine nursing group was(80.73±4.59)points.Nursing satisfaction degree of family members in comfort nursing group was significantly better than routine nursing group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications of subcutaneous swelling,non dripping of liquid and needle sliding out in comfort nursing group was lower than routine nursing group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications of subcutaneous swelling,non dripping of liquid and needle sliding out in comfort nursing group was lower than routine nursing group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion According to study results,it can be confirmed that comfortable nursing can effectively improve infusion compliance of outpatient emergency infusion children,family members of children may recognize nursing easily,to avoid incidence of doctor-patient disputes,improving reputation of hospital with clinical promotion value.
