探讨护理风险管理对普外科护理管理效果的影响

Effect Exploration of Nursing Risk Management in General Surgery in Nursing Management

目的在普外科护理管理中实施护理风险管理,分析其临床效果。方法选取东莞市虎门中医院普外科在2017年1月-2019年1月间收治的30例患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=15)给予常规护理管理,观察组(n=15)在其基础上给予护理风险管理,统计两组护理风险事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率、护理满意度、恢复指标、生活质量。结果观察组护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组,两组数据比较,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度低于对照组,两组数据比较,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);护理投诉、护理差错、护理并发症等风险事件发生率观察组低于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组下床时间、进食时间更早,切口愈合时间及住院时间更短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理干预后,生活自理、运动、精神状态、躯体疼痛、食欲、睡眠等生活质量评分观察组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对普外科实施护理风险管理临床价值较高,不仅可以降低护理风险事件与护患纠纷发生率,同时还有利于提升护理满意度,可促进患者恢复,提升患者生活质量,建议推广使用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of nursing risk management in general surgery nursing management.Methods The paper chose 30 patients admitted to general surgery department of Dongguan City Humen Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2019,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group(n=15)was treated with routine nursing management,and observation group(n=15)with nursing risk management on the basis.Incidence of nursing risk events,nurse patient disputes,nursing satisfaction degree,recovery indicators,and life quality of two groups were statistically analyzed.Results Incidence of nurse patient disputes in observation group was lower than control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was lower than control group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of nursing complaints,nursing errors,nursing complications and other risk events in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Time of out of bed and eating was shorter,time of incision healing and length of stay in study group was shorter than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After nursing intervention,scores of self-care,exercise,mental state,physical pain,appetite,sleep and other life quality in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management has high clinical value in general surgery,can reduce incidence of nursing risk events and nurse patient disputes,improve satisfaction degree of nursing,promote recovery and improve life quality of patients,which is recommended for promotion.
