子宫背带缝合术联合缩宫素治疗剖宫产产后出血患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Uterine Sling Suture Combined with Oxytocin in the Treatment of Patients with Post-cesarean Hemorrhage

目的探析剖宫产产后出血采用子宫背带缝合术联合缩宫素治疗的效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月剖宫产产后出血患者50例,分为两组,对照组采用子宫背带缝合术治疗,观察组在此基础上联合缩宫素治疗,比较两组疗效。结果与对照组比较,观察组总有效率更高,手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间更短,出血量和并发症率更低(P<0.05);术后1d,与对照组比较,观察组PLT、Hb等指标水平更高(P<0.05),FIB水平更低(P<0.05)。结论采用子宫背带缝合术联合缩宫素治疗剖宫产产后出血效果较好,明显缩短治疗时间、降低术中出血量且并发症发生率较低,临床推广价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of uterine sling suture combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by cesarean section.Methods 50 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were selected from January 2020 to December 2021 and they were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with uterine dorsal band suture,and the observation group was treated with combined contraction on this basis,and the treatment effects were compared.Results The observation group had higher effective rate,shorter operation time,ambulation time and hospital stay,and lower intraoperative blood loss and complication rate(P<0.05);1d after,the levels of PLT and Hb in the observation group were higher(P<0.05),FIB levels are even lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Uterine sling suture combined with oxytocin in the treatment of post-cesarean hemorrhage has a good effect,significantly shortens the treatment time,reduces the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and has a low incidence of complications,and has a high clinical value.
